Seafood sauce

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

¼ of a cup of whole egg or good quality mayonnaise

¼ cup of tomato sauce

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of parsley flakes

 

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together and allow it to stand for about an hour before using to allow all the flavours to develop this sauce is great for prawns and as a dipping sauce for small pieces of crumbed fish as an appetiser.
